MYSTIC is an ISR and surveillance platform that recovers real signal from degraded video in real time. Operators work in plain language, querying feeds, subjects, and site activity the way they would brief a teammate. Every enhancement is governed by the physics of the degradation itself, so every output pixel traces back to signal the sensor actually captured. The result is evidence-grade clarity through fog, smoke, darkness, and glare, on existing hardware, with no infrastructure changes.
