Uploaded footage is deleted immediately after processing unless retained with consent for ongoing account use. Account data is stored long-term until a deletion request is received.
For non-cloud, local (on-premise) deployments of MYSTIC or our AI agents, no user data, including uploaded footage or processed outputs, is ever transmitted to or stored on Absentia Technologies' servers or any cloud infrastructure. In these configurations, all data remains solely on the customer's local hardware and is never persisted beyond the immediate processing session unless the customer explicitly configures their own retention policies.
Your Rights and Choices
Access, Correction, Deletion: Request to view, update, or delete your data/account.
Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing via email links or contact us. CCPA/CPRA rights include opt-out of sales (though we do not sell data) and limit sensitive data use.
